Cancellation policy
The following guidelines apply once you have booked a dinner/event: There are no costs up to 1 week before the appointment. If you cancel up to 72 hours before the appointment, 10% of the order value will be charged. If you cancel 48 hours before the appointment, 20% of the order value will be charged. If you cancel on the same day as the appointment, 100% of the order value will be charged.
